It is not known at this time what equiment was used in the Willow Bunch Telegraph Office. However, one can assume that it is something similar to the following:

The equipment would have been used to send and receive messages encoded into the dots and dashes of Morse Code as shown below:

The equipment in the Willow Bunch Telegraph Office would have been connected to Wood Mountain in a manner similar to the Moose Jaw to Regina diagram shown below which was found at the Western Development Museum in Moose Jaw:
